When you hire a fabricator to build value-added parts and products, the value of those fabrications diminishes quickly if they aren’t delivered on time. Indeed, the effects of late shipments can easily ripple through your operation, impacting production or repair schedules — and making the true cost of those fabrications increase.

When you contract with BEP to fabricate your designs, your BEP team will plot an overall project plan with work center to work center schedules that provide the critical path to maintaining On-Time Delivery (OTD) on a daily basis.

Consequently, as a BEP customer, you’ll benefit from OTD rates that consistently exceed 96%. Some customers actually report OTD rates consistently above 98%. Which means that the added value you get from the parts and products fabricated by BEP will be preserved and make its way to your bottom line.
