When it comes to quality, we believe there is one standard that matters above all others — yours.
There are industry standards that dictate tolerances for welding, hard facing and myriad other fabrication processes. They’re all important. And BEP carries the necessary certifications and employs the QA systems to stay in strict compliance with them (see QA Codes & Certifications). But in the end, it is your quality requirements for the parts and products we fabricate for you that are most important. That’s why we work with you to synchronize our workcenter by workcenter inspections with your expectations for quality.
You may measure it by defect rates, as part of a more intricate Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) formula or by some other metric. But the bottom line is that when your BEP production run or large-scale fabrication is loaded for shipping, you’re assured that it will be ready to meet your needs with the quality you demand.
Indeed, customers have reported BEP defect rates of less than one percent and COPQ’s of less than 0.5%. If these are the kinds of standards you’re looking to achieve with a large-scale custom metal fabrication partner, contact us. We’d love to discuss your needs — and your expectations.
