BEPeterson utilizes the latest in welding techniques as well as manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding equipment to meet our customers’ requirements. Our facility consists of the following cutting-edge welding equipment:
- Two 10′ Weld Manipulators
- 30 Welding Stations
- 72″ Longitudinal Seamer (up to 3/8″ thick)
- Weld Positioners up to 5,000 lbs.
We provide semi-automatic MIG welding services. This equipment allows us to create consistent and reliable welding processes that our customers can depend on time and again.
At BEPeterson, we utilize construction materials of the best grades and highest quality. Customers can choose from a range of materials to manufacture their industrial vessels including:

Quality is the key to successful welding processes. At BEPeterson, we utilize only certified and experienced welders. We employ two full-time certified welding inspectors (CWI’s) who qualify our welders. The CWI’s and our staff of quality inspectors provide in-process inspection. When it comes to testing, we can provide comprehensive testing processes including:
- Radiography (RT)
- Ultrasonic (UT)
- Eddy Current
- Liquid Dye Penetrant (PT)
- Hydrostatic And Vacuum Testing
