Pressure Vessel Designs to Meet Your Industry Requirements

Pressure vessel designs that meet your industry’s requirements are a specialty of ours. We’ve been fabricating metal and designing pressure vessles since 1935 and that experience means we design for both ASME and non-code vessels.

Pressure vessel designs for a variety of industries

We’ve designed pressure vessels for exacting industries, including all sorts of chemical, agricultural, military and defense industries. We work in all areas of the energy industry, including, oil, gas and alternative. We design pressure vessels for military as well as civilian use.

ISO and ASME certified

We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified and ASME certified company. We are also a globally recognized leading designer and manufacturer of extremely durable and reliable pressure vessels for storing and transporting a wide variety of liquids and gases under pressure. We take pride in partnering with our customers, designing and manufacturing the vessels they need.

Truly global pressure vessel design

We are a truly global company. In addition to the design and certification of pressure vessels is governed by design codes such as the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code in North America, we meet the Pressure Equipment Directive of the EU (PED / CE), CSA B51 in Canada (CRN).

Wide variety of pressure vessel design materials

Typically our pressure vessel designs call for quality materials including stainless steel and high alloy materials, such 304 and 316 series SS, 2205 & 2507 Duplex SS, Hastelloy alloys and carbon steels. We also use carbon and low alloy steels, aluminum, and nickel alloys, including Monel when those materials provide the best safety and value.

Inspection capabilities

Our inspection capabilities include Hydro-test, radiography, He leak testing, Positive material identification, NDE – PT, MT, UT, Dimensional – Fero arm, Ferrite and Impact.

Technical specifications

We design and provide pressure vessels up to three inches thick, in up to 13 foot diameter. We produce vessels as long as 100 feet, with a weight of up to 40,000 pounds. Our vessels can provide full vacuum to 3000 PSI and we offer jacketed vessels that are dimpled, half pipe and standard.

If you don’t find the pressure vessel design> you need described here, call us and have a conversation with our engineers. Chances are we’ll be able to match and maybe even exceed your needs and expectations.
