Engineering Process

After your technical specifications and plans are finalized, we’ll begin the metal fabrication process. Our team fabricates nuclear reactor vessels with various components, including a removable top head, a thick-walled cylindrical body and a welded bottom. Most nuclear applications are typically made with industry-grade steel to prevent corrosion.

When manufacturing reactor containment vessels, we fabricate metal to suit the unique shape and size of your application. Our experts use materials such as stainless steel, aluminum or Hastelloy to suit specific chemical processes. 

If your project requires manufacturing operations outside our in-house capabilities, we’ll leverage our partnerships with trusted vendors to fulfill your order. We’ll keep you informed along the way and perform quality checks for reliable results.
