Carbon Steel ASME Pressure Vessel
BEPeterson has recently completed a carbon steel ASME Pressure Vessel to be used as an Exhaust Condensate Tank. The pressure vessel is 36″ OD x 90″ OAL fabricated in carbon steel. It was designed to 15 psi @ 176 degrees. The pressure vessel has one 24″ manway and 8 additional nozzles. The tank will have both exterior and interior linings added per the customers requirements.
ASME Pressure Vessel – Phase Separator
BEPeterson has recently completed fabrication of an ASME Pressure Vessel which is being used as a Phase Separator. The pressure vessel is 30″ OD x 9’6″ OAL 304 L Stainless steel. The pressure vessel was designed to 150 psi @ 150 degrees.

BEPeterson has recently completed fabrication of an ASME Pressure Vessel which is being used as a Phase Separator. The pressure vessel is 30″ OD x 9’6″ OAL 304 L Stainless steel. The pressure vessel was designed to 150 psi @ 150 degrees.
ASME Pressure Vessel – Test Vessel
BEPeterson has recently completed an ASME Pressure Vessel to be used as a Test Vessel for navel underwater development applications. The pressure vessel is 50″ ID x 59.25″ T/T fabricated in carbon steel. It was designed to 150 psi @ -20/482 degrees. The pressure vessel has six 10″ nozzles and twenty four 1″ NPT fittings. The pressure vessel is mounted in a horizontal position on saddles.
BEPeterson Installs CNC-VTL
BEPeterson is pleased to announce the installation of a new CNC-VTL. The machine has a 92″ diameter table which can accept a part up to 102″ in diameter. The height under the rail is 80″. The machine is equipped with a 5-tool automatic changer. Dan Szczurko, VP Sales states, “This second large VTL adds to BEPeterson’s machining capacity. BEPeterson is meeting the growing demands of our customers and providing metal fabrications and contract manufacturing to the highest level of quality”. Customer requirements for Medical Components, ASME Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Vacuum Chambers and Vacuum Furnaces are being machined in the new VTL.
BEPeterson Ships Vacuum Vessel System – Spin Chamber
BEPeterson has recently completed a Vacuum Vessel System. This is a spin chamber used to test parts at high speeds in a vacuum. The top lid needs to seal with the spin chamber assembly and the top lid is attached to the lift arm and rides up and down on the lift column. The parts supplied by BEPeterson consisted of: 1) Vacuum Chamber 2) Chamber Lid 3) Machine Base 4) Lift Arm and 5) Lift Column.
Pressure Vessel – Horizontal Holding Tank
BEPeterson has shipped a 48″ OD x 72″ 304 L Stainless Steel Pressure Vessel. This is a horizontal holding tank designed for atmospheric pressure @ 150 degrees. The vessel was welded to a carbon steel cradle painted with red oxide primer. BEPeterson fabricates Pressure vessels, both ASME code and non-code pressure vessels and tanks.
