PRESSURE VESSELS

Custom Pressure Vessels -m Code and Non Code Pressure Vessels

Pressure vessels are closed containers designed to hold gases or liquids at a pressure substantially different from the ambient pressure. BEPeterson provides complete engineering and design of high pressure vessels for both ASME and non-code pressure vessels and high pressure tanks. For all code required pressure vessels we design to Section VIII which provides requirements applicable to the design, testing, inspection, certification and fabrication of pressure vessels operating at either internal or external pressures exceeding 15 psig. BEPeterson is a holder of the ASME single certification mark and a certificate of authorization.  We design and fabricate vessels in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code.

BEPeterson, an ISO 9001:2015 certified and ASME certified company, has been manufacturing industrial pressure vessels for both ASME code and non-code vessel fabrication since 1935. Since the maiden entry to the market, till now, we continue to provide solutions that meet the highest quality and standards our customers demand. Amongst our range of custom heavy-gauge metal parts and fabrications, pressure vessels have gained immense popularity and a significant customer base in the market due to their extremely rugged construction and excellent operational excellence in strenuous industrial environments.

BEPeterson is a globally recognized leading designer and manufacturer of extremely durable and reliable high pressure vessels for storing and transporting a wide variety of liquids and gases under pressure. Multifarious industry sectors including chemical, food and beverage, oil and fuel, power generation and energy processing have been using BEPeterson engineered pressure vessels designed to meet both ASME and non-code requirements.

Meeting Global Pressure Vessel Certification Requirements

Pressure vessels are designed to operate safely at a specific pressure and temperature, technically referred to as the “Design Pressure” and “Design Temperature”. A vessel that is inadequately designed to handle a high pressure constitutes a very significant safety hazard. Because of that, the certification and design of high pressure vessels is governed by design codes such as the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code in North America, the Pressure Equipment Directive of the EU (PED / CE), CSA B51 in Canada (CRN). BEPeterson has the engineering staff and capabilities to meet all of these standards.

These vessels have been designed and precision engineered using superior quality materials including stainless steel and high alloy materials, such 304 and 316 series SS, 2205 & 2507 Duplex SS, Hastelloy alloys and carbon steels. This high-grade construction using top-of-the-line and strong materials have made them ideal for use in extreme temperature and pressure levels. Also, all our industrial pressure vessel designs are engineered to meet ASME requirements whether or not code stamped.

We are the best among the top few pressure vessel manufacturers available on the market who are have the complete quality certifications which include ISO 9001, ASME, TUV, CRN,CE and PED upon request. Please let BEPeterson use our expertise in customizing pressure vessel designs to meet your industry-specific requirements.
