TANK FABRICATION
Tank Fabrication
Industrial tanks play a vital role in storing liquids and hazardous chemicals. They provide reliable containment and protection from external conditions, such as extreme temperatures, UV exposure and weather disturbances. BEPeterson provides complete design and engineering for ASME code and non-code tank fabrication. We are an ASME U, UM, R and S-certified manufacturing facility, with CRN registration and CE/PED certification available upon request.
Complete Tank Fabrication Services from Design to Delivery
BEPeterson offers clients end-to-end steel tank fabrication solutions, from initial engineering, layout design and fabrication to final testing. Every tank or vessel we produce is manufactured under strict quality standards following ASME protocol. All material test certificates and ASME forms are also available with every vessel. Our customers expect the very best, and we are proud to establish a culture that delivers quality tanks and pressure vessels on time.
We offer a complete skid assembly service, designing and fabricating structural frames and installing vessels, piping, pumps, electrical components and other miscellaneous equipment. We can also conduct complete testing on modular skid assemblies. Under ASME Section VIII and TUV guidelines, we offer:
- Welding to ASME Section IX
- Polished and electro-polished finish
- Hydrostatic and vacuum leak testing
- Skid fabrication and assembly
- Codeware – COMPRESS ASME code calculation software
Custom Tank Fabrication
Trust our team to offer valuable services for your tank fabrication needs, including:
Design
BEPeterson holds the ASME single certification mark of safety and quality and a certificate of authorization in metal fabrication. We design and fabricate vessels based on the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code requirements. Our tanks comprise high-quality stainless steel and high-alloy materials, such as 200 and 300-series SS, 2205 & 2207 Duplex SS, aluminum, nickel, Hastelloy alloys and carbon steels. Our variety of options for tank fabrication materials allows our customers flexibility in choosing what works best for their needs and budget.
With years of industry experience, our design specialists can create new tank fabrication designs or reconfigure existing designs from the client. Our tank fabrication process helps us achieve cost-efficiency and safety for our customers regardless of their industries.
Engineering
The professional metal tank fabricators at BEPeterson work closely with the client to ensure we have proper documentation for every project. We will assign a dedicated project engineer who thoroughly reviews and verifies all required codes and specifications before proceeding to material procurement and the actual fabrication process.
We use the latest design and engineering software, such as Codeware COMPRESS, AutoCAD and Solidworks, to deliver excellent designs.
